Do I need a full hearing test to book a consultation?
No. A consultation is a straightforward conversation, not a diagnostic test. It suits people who already know their hearing situation and just want advice, a check on their current hearing aids, or to hear about new technology.
I already wear hearing aids. Can you look at them?
Yes. Bring them along and we will check the fit, clean them, look at the settings, and talk through whether they still suit your hearing and your life.
How long does a consultation take?
Usually around 30 minutes. It is a conversation, so we take the time you need without rushing.
Is there any obligation to buy anything?
None at all. We will give you our honest opinion. What you do with it is entirely up to you.
What if I decide I do need a full hearing test?
That is easy to arrange. If anything in our conversation suggests a full assessment would help, we will book one in for you, free of charge.
