You will be seen by an experienced audiologist. Alongside Asa Richards, audiologist Stephen Dymond has over ten years of experience and supports patients from the first assessment through fitting and aftercare.

What qualifications do your clinicians have?

Our clinicians hold recognised audiology qualifications and are members of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists, and the clinic is HCPC registered. Asa Richards was also selected for the Demant Stars Academy in 2019, one of only 80 audiologists chosen worldwide.

Asa Richards

Clinical Director

Asa founded The Clevedon Hearing Clinic in 2023 after more than a decade working across independent clinics, multinational providers, and clinical education. He holds the HAD and Mshaa qualifications, is HCPC registered, and is a Member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists. In 2019 he was selected for the Demant Stars Academy, one of just 80 audiologists chosen worldwide. He has supported over 4,000 patients across the Chepstow and Clevedon clinics.

Stephen Dymond

Audiologist

Stephen has over 10 years of experience in audiology and holds multiple qualifications including the HAD and is also a member of BSHAA He supports patients at every stage of their hearing journey, from initial assessment through to fitting and aftercare. Patients regularly comment on his calm, unhurried approach and his ability to explain things clearly.

Cora Morgan - Taylor

Office Manager

Cora joined the clinic in 2025, bringing over a decade of customer-facing experience from the retail industry. She manages the day-to-day running of the Clevedon clinic and is usually the first person patients speak to when they get in touch. She takes pride in making sure every visit feels straightforward and welcoming from the start.

Kimberley Richards

Marketing Assistant and PA

Kimberley helped launch The Clevedon Hearing Clinic in 2023 and has been part of the team ever since. With a background in design and teaching, she oversees branding, website content, and marketing, and makes sure the clinic's online presence reflects the standard of care patients receive in person.

Graeme Steele

Locum Receptionist

Graeme has been part of The Hearing Clinic Group since 2022, bringing a background in insurance, IT, and Pure and Applied Mathematics to what is, admittedly, a fairly varied role. He covers reception at both the Chepstow and Clevedon clinics, handles technical troubleshooting, and has been known to assemble furniture at short notice. Dry humour, dependable, and known to the team as "Daddy G". He also reminds us that his free bus pass means he technically qualifies as a patient.

Rebecca Smith

Audiology Consultant

Rebecca spent over 20 years in the dental industry, progressing to Dental Nurse Trainer before moving into hearing care. She works alongside Asa and Stephen to support patients throughout their appointments, making sure they feel informed and at ease. She brings a calm, experienced presence to the clinic.
